All components rigidly clamped prior to nailing
Improves wall frame quality
SUB COMPONENT NAILER
Pryda’s Sub-Component Nailer has been developed to allow the safest possible method of nailing
noggins and blocks to studs prior to fitting into prefabricated wall frames. An interlocked safety
system ensures no firing of tools without timber product being present.
In addition to the safety considerations, it will also improve productivity by reducing labour
requirements within the wall framing machine.
The nailer will clamp all components prior to nailing, ensuring both components are tight and
correctly fitted. Correctly positioned skew nails will provide rigid joints. Easy adjustment of nailing
tools allows for 70 and 90mm timber. Quick and easily selection of the required nailing pattern,
improves safety and maintenance.
This system’s simple design allows for quick installation and ensures that untrained or
inexperienced operators will require minimal or no training for its safe use.
The system’s greatest efficiencies will be achieved when used in conjunction with Pryda’s
materials handling systems and Pryda Production Viewer software.
